“ Can I still apply to work for KPMG UK if my grade is not 2.1? ”

Alexandra D. asked a question in topic Career Choices
to Sophie B. Graduate Trainee - Audit Graduate Programme, KPMG UK

I always wish to work for such organisation and I don't know if I still have any chance if my expected grade is not 2.1
Assistant Manager, KPMG UK

Hi Alexandra D. Thanks for your question. You won't automatically be unsuccessful if your grades are short of the requirements, however our minimum academic requirements have been developed over time as a guide to how well you should be able to cope with the demands of the role, professional exams and training and, as such, they are very important in the selection process. It’s not just your academic performance we are interested in - we will assess your application by combining a number of different factors (for example your work experience). Good luck!
