Hi Matty P, KPMG360 or KPMG360 Digital assessment centres will include the following: Icebreakers and introductions, group exercises, written reports, a final interview and finishes with a learning reflection. On the day, I would expect to network with Student recruitment, current apprentices and management. You will be required to bring along your passport!

Great, is there any resource material that I could use to help prepare for the day?

I'm going to jump in on this discussion, sorry - does the passport have to be in date?

Hi guys, in terms of preparation, I'd recommend studying KPMG's 9 Behavioural Capabilities in detail as these are what you'll be assessed on during each exercise. If you're familiar with these behaviours and are able to demonstrate them in your answers you'll stand a higher chance. The actual exercises can't be prepared for, with all information being given to you at the beginning of the task.
Kelsey - it does need to be in date yes, if successful we're only able to extend an offer to someone once we've verified an in-date passport
