Hi Grace, I would suggest you do some research around KPMG's Values and also the KPMG360 programme it's self.

Are you able to tell me what type of activities you did? And also roughly how many applicants where at the assessment centre, and do a lot of people get through to this stage?

In the assessment centre you will have a team activity which will be to organise a charity event, you will have your face to face interview and at the end you will have a written assessment and a self review of how you believe your day went.
In my assessment centre there were around 10 people, however this does depend on the region you apply for.

What is involved in the written report? Do you have to have any prior knowledge or is it regarding yourself and your past experiences when you have demonstrated a particular skill?

Yeah I'm just wondering what type of things the written assessment would comprise of, and how long you would have to do it?

From my experience I wouldn't worry too much about the written report, just try to be yourself throughout the day and try to enjoy the assessment centre experience

We aren't able to share the information that's included in the written report as we need to remain fair and consistent to all candidates, this information will only be shared on the day at the start of the exercise. All information provided will be able to answer the questions, with no prior knowledge being needed. Throughout the day we do look for candidates to demonstrate KPMG's Behavioural Capabilities so have these in your mind when completing the exercises
